Robin Corbo, Muralist, Artist, Educator

Working as an Education Consultant for OnCourse Learning combines my passions of life long learners with clinical education. With OnCourse Learning I'm proud to partner with hospitals and clinics to advance their organizational goals with our online education platform CE Direct.

I am also a practicing fine artist and founder of Cicada Ink Studios. I work with businesses and non-profit organizations by translating their mission statement into a painted piece of public art. Past projects have focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, environmental issues, local people's history, public health and accessible bicycle transportation. Cicada Ink Studios also provides customized fine art and illustrations.

I have ten years of experience as a Success Coach with a demonstrated history of supporting students in eEducation. I am certified in Organizational and Individual Transition Management. I hold a BA in Art Therapy from the College of Santa Fe and an MFA from Portland State University. I am currently on the board of directors of Umbrella PDX.

I spent many mornings hanging out in the kitchen of Mother Earth Cafe with Patti Lucia, listening and learning. Patti’s “non-traditional” kitchen inspired the IKEA kitchen for the Emerson Street House. Lots of storage and a place for everything. Perfect for a small family AND for the Over 55-crowd.

Today Patti Lucia is back in the classroom, teaching English AND - drum roll - Patti’s first book, Wildflowers and Present Tenses: A Memoire Real and Imagined will be published in November 2020.
