Emerson Street House in Portland, Oregon

The Emerson Street House is the Crown Jewel in my Investment Portfolio.

How did this happen?

Ask Nicole Sandoval aka Nikki Brown Clown (retired), Wife, Mom, Grandmother, Doula, Philosopher, Teacher.

Ask Robin Corbo, Muralist.

Ask Muffie, Delgado Connelly, Curator, Dancer.

Ask Joanne Suell Green, Quilter.

Ask the neighbors, children, and countless other folks who came to paint or just checked the progress on their daily walks. The community created the Nikki Brown Clown Parade of Children for Literacy, guided by Nicole Sandoval a/k/a Nikki Brown Clown (retired) and Robin Corbo.

The Emerson Street House is the anchor for the Emerson Street Community.

My Investment in the Emerson Street House is my Legacy project, unique in the whole wide world.

The story of the Emerson Street House will be told on its own web site by the neighbors, the children and other folks who created the Nikki Brown Clown Free Library for Children, the Emerson Street House and the Emerson Street Community.
