The Ugly - Electrolux
Breaking News! Jeremy Jackass has joined The Electrolux Group!
On May 6, 2021 I purchased a Frigidaire Refrigerator at Jetsons Stuart Florida from Ron Flint, Salesman. The refrigerator has NEVER worked properly, Salesman Ron Flint refuses to help “NOT MY JOB” and blames me for not doing my due diligence.
Salesman Flint did recommend that I pay $179.99 for a Warranty, which has proven to be pretty useless also. Jetson’s Repair Department has sent a Repair Technician out seven times but he has been unable to correct the problem.
I stopped grocery shopping after I had to toss the food in the main compartment after it froze, making my vegetables mushy and inedible. I feel lucky that I have avoided food poisoning from this defective refrigerator.
On the June 22, 2022 repair visit, the Jetson Repair Technician ordered a new freezer door which he told me would be available in ten days. Now I am told the freezer door is back ordered with no delivery date listed.
What do I do? Due Diligence!
The Electrolux Group in Stockholm Sweden owns the Frigidaire brand so I wrote to Sophie Arnius, Head of Investor Relations., and asked her for an accommodation, i.e pay me $5,000 to compensate for what I paid Jetson $1,001.06 plus the many hours I spent waiting around for the Jetson Repair Technician.
I spent at least $500 a month ($8,000) eating out which I would have saved if I wasn’t afraid of food poisoning from the faulty refrigerator. I will accept a payment of $13,000 if Ms. Arnius insists on paying the whole amount.
As we go to press, we learned that perhaps Jeremy Jackass has joined The Electrolux Group. I am guessing that the AI Program that Jeremy Jackass and Ms. Sophie Arnius of Electrolux use is from Microsoft since it only accepts PDF and Word files, eschewing Apple Pages.
I am guessing Ms. Sophie Arnius was trained to hit a certain key on her computer keypad, and the appropriate message will go out in answer of the E-mail she just received. Or maybe the e-mail just gets sent automatically.
Almost instantaneously I received a phone call from 706-651-7207, a number my iPhone called “Potential Spam.” Potential Spam was Elizabeth on the Frigidaire Executive Team; she told me I could call her back to discuss my concerns and she would also send me an e-mail.
I wrote back as directed and received this e-mail in return. Put into a loop de loop, just like the loop de loop with Jeremy Jackass at HP Instant inc.
I mailed Ms. Sophie Arnius a letter with pictures of the offending ice in the freezer because the photos were too large for e-mail. The cost was $27.97, with no guarantee when it would get there. The UPS charge was over $100, not possible in my meager retirement budget.
